Privacy notice for the Firmiva website

This notice covers the Firmiva website at https://getfirmiva.com, run by the team building Firmiva.

There’s no public contact address yet, so there’s no published address to write to. When there is one, it will appear here and on the About page.

Nothing, directly. The website:

• has no form that sends anything to us (the early-access request form isn’t open);
• sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser beyond its normal cache;
• runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code;
• loads nothing from other websites: its pages, scripts, styles, fonts and images all come from the website itself.

The website is served by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the website, Cloudflare processes the technical information every web request carries, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser’s identifying string. It does so under its own privacy policy.

We don’t collect, receive or export those request logs. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us only aggregate traffic figures.

If an early-access request form is added, this notice will be updated before the form opens, to say what it collects, why, who receives it and how long it’s kept. No form collects anything until then.

This notice covers the website only. The Firmiva Practice application will have its own terms and privacy information.

We’ll update this notice when the website changes, and show the date the new version takes effect at the top of the page.
