1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Firmiva website, run by the team building Firmiva. They don’t cover the Firmiva Practice application, which will have its own terms.
2. Software in development
The website describes Firmiva, software that is still being built. Screenshots show an invented firm with sample data, and concept illustrations of planned modules aren’t product screens.
3. Plans can change
Features described as planned or in development are intentions, not commitments. They may change, arrive later than expected, or not arrive at all.
4. No offer or contract
Nothing on the website is an offer to provide a product or service, and using the website doesn’t create a contract with us.
5. Information only
The website’s content is provided as it is, for information. We try to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise that it’s complete, current or free of errors.
6. Links and marks
You’re welcome to link to the website. Please don’t use the Firmiva name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with Firmiva that doesn’t exist, and don’t copy the website to present it as your own.
The website may link to other sites, such as its hosting provider’s privacy policy. We aren’t responsible for their content.
The fonts, IBM Plex Sans and Manrope, are used under the SIL Open Font License; their licences are published with the website.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website changes, and show the date the new version takes effect at the top of the page.
